Poets Wanted!

Hello Community!

And, a special HELLO to all my fellow writers, authors, poets, and anyone who appreciates the art of spoken word!

Within this project, I am looking to take a moment during each podcast to end with an original spoken art work from an artist. While we want to have Baltimore shine a light on its artists, spoken word artists from cities beyond are more than welcome.

Having your work aired can happen one of two ways: (1) You send in a pre-recorded file of your poem; or (2) You send a copy of your work and I read it on air .

You might ask if there is a preference, and YES! There is! It is so necessary and so important that an artist reads their own work as no one can breathe life into a work the same way the original artist would. I want to hear from you!
